      Pros

      Opportunity for growth with a start-up company. Flexible and fair. Owner is very hands-on and positive personality. Very good management and delegation abilities.

      Cons

      Low pay, sometimes have to put in long hours. Procedures were still being figured out, small company means if you like everyone, you'll be fine, but if there are problems between employees, you're in for a rough ride.

      Great experience with an excellent bunch of team-oriented individuals! Excellent hard working and friendly staff. Management is clear with communication and is ready to help you learn about the café business! Helpful business owner who mentors very well.

      Cons

      Late Nights! Occasionally loud and excitable customers, but staff handles it well.

      The game we worked on was very fun and unique. The meetings were interesting and the concepts were fun to work with.
