      E.R. Williams could do a better job communicating with employees on important issues affecting the company. Its fine besides that.

      Pros

      Decent salary and ok benefits. Great location and initially nice environment. Owner appears to be nice initially. VP appears to be nice initially.

      Cons

      Liars, lack communication, dishonest. leadership at the government site can't manage the employees. Make up excuses to letting someone go and won't listen to the employee. Would not recommend anyone for a job to work with this company.
