Cons
From my experience there was no clear career pathway for progression unless you wanted to be a team leader and although people do progress in other areas of the business, I felt this was more to do with being in the right place(or team) at the right time. It seems like they were making improvements on this towards the end of my employment however this had been a long time coming and there were still many questions on what this would ultimately look like and how achievable this would be . Hopefully something great is put in place for current and future employees!
