Good for and life balance.
Cons
A lot of toxic positivity. They will tell you how the customer is their main focus, but will tell you to care less, when actually trying to help someone. They only care about their own statistics and no real support is provided in training. You either float or sink. You're expected to not have any sick days during training otherwise they will force you to quit. Management will openly lie to keep themselves looking good. On facade it looks promising, but in reality it's a living nightmare. Stay away unless you want to be just another number. I should add that pay is quite poor for how stressful the job is.
