Pros

the pay was ok and are flexible on hours if you need it

Cons

Will only progress if you are friends with a team leader or someone higher up. Only way to progress is to a team leader, then operations manager, have to wait for one to leave before progressing which doesnt happen often. You will be promised the world when you join, was promised higher pay after 3 months and had to fight for it every time i asked there was always something else that needed to be done (an excuse). You are expected to do everything from answering phones to emails, you will be given a target and when you hit it you are told to do more. If you are told theres a meeting at 8:30am and you start at 9am and you can not turn up even if your reason is valid you will be looked down on. Worst of all you are not allowed an opinion, if you have an opinion about anything job related you are told it is noted and nothing else is done. Overall the stress i had whilst working here was unmatched, it was relentless day after day answer 50/60 calls dealing with 5-10 complaints on top and a further 20 emails. Break times and lunches managed down to the second, you will be added to a watsapp chat and messaged at all hours of the night and weekend and frowned upon if you dont reply.
