Fantastic teams and team leaders.

This companies idea is that each agent is capable of doing everything throughout the company and it simply is not working. Everyone is over worked and stressed from the agents, team leaders and operations managers. If the people at the top where to realise that separate teams are needed for complaints, appointments, metering issues the company would be working at a greater pace, there would be less mistakes made and employees would not be as over worker and stressed. They are pushing for everyone to go into the office, completely avoiding the fact that some people require child care which comes at a price when most of the employees started working for the company in lockdown. There was once a time where vouchers for Uber eats and Amazon was offered as incentives. They have since ceased to exist. When support is needed and you have to go outside of your team, it is near enough impossible to gain help which leads to the customers being angry with you.
