Pros
Diversity, people from all different backgrounds are given the opportunity to work there. Salary is very good for a basic position and received a pay rise whilst there. They gave us working from home food vouchers too which was much appreciated. lots of kind, helpful people.
Cons
When we first joined, they talked about how targets/figures were not the main focus and slowly the longer I was there it became all about targets - how many conversations you can have on social media/email with customers as an example, as always though, quality conversations with customers are not always possible when you need to reach X amount of conversations per day, which means colleagues have to take shortcuts, causing problems for customers and other colleagues further down the line. They're heavily focused on culture, so much so that it can be a little overbearing. Overall working for an energy company doesn't feel good or moral in this climate - but we all have to make a living.
