They offer paid overtime opportunities Live case support on slack with all departments Tech support available at the main office for local home workers

Cons

Had to chase down missing payments for overtime The team I joined were supposed to be back office but due to lack of staff we were on main call lines and eventually after being told we would resume our back office positions we were eventually told the role would remain front of house
