Pros

-Benefits package is very good (pension, flex benefits etc) -Salaries are equal to or marginally better than competitors -top notch academy training facilities -Wellbeing and field safety are given high priority -core values you can get behind -Plenty to do and keep you busy and a good amount of autonomy to manage your day and team as you see fit, provided you're delivering on your targets -tend to find good team spirit within the team leader community; peers support and look out for one another

Cons

-office staff provided for better than field ops (just go and look at the Pontefract office field staff use, you will not see a single DSE compliant desk or find an unbroken chair. Repeatedly flagging this has got us nowhere) -Decline in HR support has reduced the function to a chat bot and a form-fill ticket raising platform -company intranet was and remains unnavigable, unless you're looking for an internal article telling you how good the new intranet is -Implementing positive change takes place at a pace slower than tectonic drift, but an ill-considered process change can land at a moments notice -Incompetent/lazy line managers are allowed to coast and do the bare minimum knowing the next inevitable reshuffle will see their dead wood dumped on another line manager who will have to start from scratch with an individual who should've been managed out long ago -Sketchy, sporadic communication from senior management.
