Great training and support from day one. They give you plans and targets to work on with team and manager but not strict at all

Cons

tedious at times - many calls are the same and customers often abuse you for something that isn't anybody's fault

Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

Cons

Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
