      Pros

      Good recognition by management for going above and beyond. Listened to your knowledge and expertise in going about implementing improvement change. Friendly colleagues from a variety of nationalities.

      Cons

      Project work to develop scada systems was often oversold and underdelivered in my tenure. Safe system of work adopted could have been modernised to fit in in with the working environment. Not always conducive to getting the job done with the available recourses.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
