      all required tools supplied for the work

      Cons

      too many managers and serious lack of hands on training, send out a bulletin and you are then fully trained. Salary poor in comparison to other utility companies.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
