      Loved the culture initially and working with some amazing people.

      Cons

      Increasingly toxic environment, constant strategy U turns without ever performing any kind of objective review of previous strategy changes/investment decisions, lack of transparency from senior leadership, lack of respect for the expertise and value add of support functions.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
