      The strategic direction of the company whilst clear is unrealistic and the people leading have an idealist view which blinkers them to some of the wider challenges in the industry

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
