      Canteen , friendly workers , trainer was really laid back

      Cons

      Poor management , systems are awfully slow , no coordination on shifts , awful training

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
