      With the right manager, things are relaxed. Although small increases, there are increases in pay every so often if you meet targets.

      Cons

      With the wrong manager, can be soul sucking.

      Pros

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
