      Modern offices and facilities, friendly people, good pay and opportunities for progression.

      Cons

      Lack of job security due to temporary contracts. Constant change within the business, often this is not communicated well by management.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
