      Brand, size, financial strength, highly skilled employees, Karsten Wildberger, willingness to enter into new businesses/areas (maybe too many?)

      Cons

      Too big, political organiztion, not very agile, too many consultants/powerpoints instead "do'ers/executors", managers afraid of making decisions/and not able to make decistion, too much hierarchy

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
