      Pros

      Great benefits Salaries are very competitive for the market they are in Leader in the Energy Market Very committed to the Smart Meter roll out Leaders at the top are very passionate at what they do and inspire confidence.

      Cons

      Interview processes open to abuse HR not very helpful Career growth can be held back by one persons opinion / voice Level of management skills / commitment under top leader is very disjointed, very varied approaches depending what section you fall under causing conflict and confusion.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
