Pros

Good training, nice relaxed atmosphere, friendly team

Cons

We had to work to targets and these were used to assess whether we moved up paygrade - I picked up the work quicker, and therefore was left to do the hardest tasks. This meant people doing the easiest work could easily hit targets and look better on paper than myself who worked hard accounts

Pros

Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

Cons

Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
