      Pros

      Excellent benefits, 401K, Holidays, vacation. Very good Compensation. If you get a job offer here take it for the money. They will work you to death, never notice and never take your advice.

      Cons

      Sexist, could never get headcount. Hired as an expert and advice was not heeded. Shoot the messenger attitude.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
