      Pros

      Friendly people and great work environment. There are social events, fulfilling work, and most everyone knows to work as a team.

      Cons

      A lot of decisions run through Germany. The departments are also a bit isolated from each other which can lead to duplicate work. There is also a habit of overworking employees.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
