No development opportunities – it’s a “if your face fits” environment only will you be promoted/progress
Management do not value staff
Call centre environment – Back Office Tool, Nice, and Telephone Codes
Some managers don’t actually know what their team do – but senior management won’t do anything about it i.e. training etc.
Treated like children
Always being told how to do your job, even if you have done it for years
