Pros

The pay is the only thing that is keeping me here

Cons

The company promotes equality and fairness, but Eon doesn’t practice what they preach Working environment/culture within the business Management/senior management Don’t care about mental well-being of employees, which is why a lot of people go off work with stress No development opportunities – it’s a “if your face fits” environment only will you be promoted/progress Management do not value staff Call centre environment – Back Office Tool, Nice, and Telephone Codes Some managers don’t actually know what their team do – but senior management won’t do anything about it i.e. training etc. Treated like children Always being told how to do your job, even if you have done it for years YOU ARE LITERALLY WORKING FOR THE DEVIL

Pros

Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

Cons

Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
