As long as you show up on time an adhere to break times etc, no amount of mess ups with customer accounts matter!

Cons

if you care about customers and wants to offer a quality service you will suffer

Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

Cons

Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
