      Decent salary,Flexi working hours, Good canteen facilities

      Cons

      Management in Technology centre often do not have visibility on the work load and struggle to keep their team occupied. The managers are basically bunch of paper pushers and significantly lack commercial and business understanding.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
