      nothing much except for team outings once in 6 months

      Cons

      poor management, too much work pressure for a very low pay scale, you will be treated as slave, unimaginable dead lines, people used to work 24/7 and still will be criticized as poor performer

      Pros

      Had a good learning experience in almost all areas within 5 months

      Cons

      Very long work time. They expect you to work around 10.30-13 hrs a day. If you are a hardworking employee then forget about family and leaves. They don't even give leaves for emergency. And if you are good you will be asked to work on alternate saturdays. The salary is too low for the amount of work and stress they give us
