Pros
I will say honestly the pros: The university have good academic staff and most of them have enough experiences to surpvise postgraduate students. EJUST possesses good location, resources, and facilities in both the academic sides and learning sides. The new campus has been built smartly and contains many auditoriums, massive labs and large theatres.
Cons
The higher managers of the university are horrible and put many obstacles and difficulties in the graduate students' path during pursue their degrees. This is done through making unplanned and chaotic decisions which negatively affects the students and drains their energy in trivial issues instead of invest their potential in new ideas, publishing scientific articles etc.. Additionally, they converted the university from a non profitable organization into a place where its ultimate aim is to gain money regardless of the way this money is collected. For the academic side, it becomes very stressful especially for those who are coming from public universities to pursue their degrees there. They imposed many decisions and put a lot of burdens on the students' shoulders throughout the mess of making decisions. Not all professors are helpful. Some of them have psychological problems which are reflecting on the students. I am sure that if the managers of EJUST keep the same performance, this association will be ruined in a few coming years.
