      Pros

      E Ink is a very cool technology with great potential and there are a large number of great, smart, friendly folks who work there.

      Cons

      Little communication from the top down. Odd fracturing between groups. Little company spirit. This is a company that needs some direction.

      Can be challenging to work remotely with groups in other sites No stock program; have bonus instead but does not make up for the potential gains of RSUs
