People, in general, are collaborative

The company feels stuck in the past. It doesn’t seem to accept that it needs to evolve and appears to believe that doing the same things will keep it ahead. On top of that, there are some people there who end up spreading and encouraging gossip.

- "Family" kind of management - Difficulty on getting a permanent decision for poor performers / professionals who aren't fit for the role. - What first started as a hybrid role, soon moved to a in-house position with remote days needing management approval. - Assessments being manipulated by senior managers, as it's bounded to the career ladder and they don't want certain people to climb it further.
