Toxic environment, feeling of being scrutinised, widespread reports of bullying, tick box culture, all talk and no delivery, clearly a leadership in severe trouble that do NOT put students and staff first

The students are hardworking, brilliant, and the heart of the community. They deserve better.

Leadership at DSLV is severely lacking in professional integrity. Despite being part of E-act, the British Values of fairness and truth are ignored when they become inconvenient. In my experience, they acted against clear evidence to protect their own narrative. It is disappointing to see a leadership team so well-supported by the local authorities while they actively undermine the professional principles they are supposed to uphold. Trust is a one-way road here. If you value transparency and fair treatment, this is not the environment for you.
