Pros
Dealing with great customer and working at own pace. Good benefit package 3 week a year after 2 years. Company provides uniforms at no charge including shoes.
Cons
Pay is not very good unless you think 12.50 per hour is good. Most route sales rep work 50 plus hours per week and make around 39000 to 40000. Pay at Deli Express for route sales rep used to be much better till employees received a pay cut. Vacations have to be scheduled months in advance and maybe you get it maybe not. Driving in bad weather during winter. Working in cold freezer.
