      Some silos, some resistance by one key individual in one key product/market segment to company goals. Even a refusal to follow them.

      Young vibrant high energy feel

      Cons

      Open office format is highly disruptive. No e- commerce experience in the Chicago office with all projects run out of the UK. Supply chain and office are the only activities stateside.
