Good wlb overall, not stressful

Need to provide more opportunities for new employees

You'll learn something if you don't get laid off

1. They promised to onboard and train me in my first month, but it never happened because most of their engineers left, and they laid me off after 1 month with ridiculous reasons. How would you feel about that if you are a new hire and you got laid off only after 4 weeks? I'm sure they have many excuses but it's simply not humane and moral to do that. 2. They pay you below average 3. Bad benefits: they offer you medical insurance only because it's mandatory; PTO is only 5 days in your first year and I believe you can't go on PTO as you want to; 0% 401k match; No relocation assistance; No severance package
