Pros

- seems to be stable - fixed working hours, no requirement for overtime and/or on call - work/life balance - most people are smart, nice and motivated

Cons

- management not qualified to manage people - compensation on the lower end, in direct comparison with other Barcelona-based companies - interesting management jobs frequently filled with direct hiring (often buddies of existing managers/directors/VPs), without publishing them/opening them for current employees to apply - not very open to constructive feedback, management only wants to hear praise, otherwise you're labeled as negative and difficult

Pros

Decent Product Great Perks Co-Workers

Cons

A lot of what happens to your career is beyond your control. You can be a top performer and still only meet satisfied in remarks. The customer success departments went through some changes earlier this year and it left it splintered. A lot of toxic environments take place in pockets and everyone is cliqued up. I suppose you could say this is like every corporation, but this was junior varsity level office politics. If you made someone upset you could be next. Most of the executive leadership and brings in their buddies who have no idea how the product works and all of the veterans have left by now. It's mostly a game of grab behind and brown nosing.
