      Totally unworthy company where exactly you can see pleading higher authority people. Lot of politics. Less pay and bad work environment

      We appreciate all feedback from past and current employees -- and are committed to taking it into account to better operate as a company. I am sorry you had a negative experience. In the last 12 months, we've seen many changes and growth -- which has lead to a revamping of our sales academy and ongoing training efforts. This has allowed us to transition into what I believe is a supported, stellar working environment.

      Pros

      I have worked as a sales agent for Dynasty Financial Group for many years. The office is set up very nicely and the staff is always helpful to the agents. I love the incentive trips and the fact that I am in control of my career-income, hours, etc. I control my upward mobility and at the end of the day, my results are because of the effort I put in. The systems in place do work so if someone fails, it is because they did not work or follow the systems.

      Cons

      If you do not have an ownership/entrepreneur mindset, this is NOT the right career for you. I have seen many people come and go over the years because it was not the right fit for them. If someone wants to clock in/clock out, they do not do well here.
