-Outdated, old office -Only managers can work from home -High employee turnover rates -No training or guidance -Departments don’t interact with each other at all so there are never any clear-cut goals or projects, it’s every man or woman for themselves -Little to no training or guidance, and employees will frequently go over your head / behind your back over the simplest of tasks -It’s basically a start-up culture with none of the positive perks or flexibilities a start-up offers and no one works together, you’re essentially pitted against your coworkers
