It is impossible to keep a good attitude when raises are promised, but don't happen, there are layoffs and the owner parks $500,000 worth of cars in the parking lot. Meanwhile, there is no money to purchase modern tools to eliminate waste, ergonomic issues and produce repeatable products. Dark ages manufacturing processes will keep this company from ever being competitive. The total lack of established processes and expectations with a complete lack of accountability makes it hard to care much about the quality of workmanship, which shows in most of the products produces. The pay is stagnant and way below the industry average. If you aspire to bettering yourself, Dynapower is not the place for you.
