      Lack of accountability. Roles constantly consolidated with the end result of you getting more work. No communication for some departments which result in problems arising.

      Lots of teamwork, lots of marketing projects to tackle, had the structure behind me to accomplish as much as I possibly could

      I can't think of any. The pay was fair, the people I worked with were great and always willing to participate in my projects
