      Learning opportunities from fortive business systems (based on Toyota)

      Cons

      Workload too high. They roll too many positions into one role. Pay low relative to the area. Performance goals too hard to reach because extra duties continously added don't count toward goals or your raise.

      Lots of teamwork, lots of marketing projects to tackle, had the structure behind me to accomplish as much as I possibly could

      I can't think of any. The pay was fair, the people I worked with were great and always willing to participate in my projects
