Pros
Health benefit compensation is pretty standard for industry. Dynamysk is employee owned and allows the employees to invest shares in the company, not just get a profit sharing / bonus check. Company is focused on adding value / solutions to a customer verses pushing a product. Company does not believe in hiring warm bodies to place on a job. People are pretty friendly overall and I have no issues working with my team.
Cons
Dynamysk is located in the SE quadrant of the city and not close to downtown. Hard to get a good idea what the other departments are doing since we are not all located under 1 roof. I came from an EPC environment where the projects were bigger and lasted longer. Sometimes hard to keep up since I have to do all aspects of the project now.
