Cons
If you're experienced be prepared for burden of deliverable or forget your leave / weekend / holidays. If you're doing work apart from your KRA your efforts will be considered as a favour to the company. You won't get quality guidance from your senior as they are in Dynamisch because they are in their comfort zone.
