Run by a FRAUD - Anonymous employee Dynamics Intelligence Employee Review

We believe this is a fraudulent review. There are several inconsistencies with this post. First, we do not have part-time employees working for our company. All of our employees work full-time which is a 32.5 hr work week (6.5hrs each day). Every day, employees get 1 hour of training usually the first hour of the day. They work on team projects or individual projects for five (5) hours per day and they have one hour for meetings. This system is well documented on our website. Second, the person claims to be an intern. We don't believe this to be true because our interns were promoted for their good performance and one of our interns is now part owner of the company. The internship program was widely advertised and occurred during the summer months. Our other employees are all degreed or certified professionals, some even have PhD's. The reviewer claims to have not met any of our Fortune 500 clients. We wouldn't be positioning an intern in front of these clients because the intern would not be qualified to do work for those clients. Our enterprise clients require that every candidate be certified in the technology they work in to be considered qualified. We do have high standards that every employee is expected to meet and that is what our customers expect. We won't apologize for having high standards. The other inconsistency in this post is that the person claims to be lured in "to lead a team", but at the same time claims to be an intern.
