Hr and management are selfish

I had worked for Dynamic for several years and very much enjoyed the working environment and coworkers

They hired new CFO who is in the process of turning this company upside down, many people leaving and very unhappy work environment. They are trying to turn this family friend company into a company with no soul or heart and in the end no money.
