      flexible hours, nice people to work for

      Cons

      Had to sit in an office with no climate control in the heat of summer. Had expectations of doing office manager job for his 3-4 companies with zero added compensation, only complaints. Empty promises of rate increase and job opportunities. Never offered the handbook benefits. Full of empty promises but large expectations.

      Wonderful People, Great Learning Experience

      Cons

      Owner expected to pay one salary for Resource Manager for Software consulting job, as well as Office Management for his other 3 companies (import business & a second and 3rd consultant business) and work in his restaurant as well.
