Pros
There is a real sense of family there. The operation is large-scale, but they run very lean, which has its pros (challenging, no two days are the same, lots of team work, paving your own path based on your skills) and cons (there’s no formality in structure)
Cons
As mentioned, the leanness of the company prevents there from being a formal hierarchy in roles. But depending on your personality/preference, this can be either a pro or a con
