      compensation was pretty good, small company, bonuses, lots of overtime, able to get experience with legacy technology

      Cons

      too much overtime, very unstable, not much help with learning, no good procedures, too much emphasis on timing

      Pros

      Worked in every aspect of the floor process, mostly on challenging repair and rework projects, some custom assemblies - saw every step of the well-coordinated workflow. Great crew, on all levels.

      Cons

      Strong dependency on customer orders - low orders resulted in no overtime
