      Pros

      Not a lot to say here. This was the worst job I have ever had but, they had nice parties. Outside the workplace the owners and everyone was nice.

      Cons

      Huge ego issues. Development manager borders on insane. Suffers from OCD and only a highschool degree with no experience managing people is a huge downside. He always feels threatened by almost anyone else. Not a good team spirit at all within the entire workforce.

      Pros

      Small Office, Small Community, If you have a limited work background they will be open to you

      Cons

      The salaries are small, because it is run by a husband and wife and those who are friends - it can be abusive, there is a lot of pushing down, but people who are mindful of needing a job typically deal with it. Also, three month delay for benefits.
