You can work on different projects in different companies. You can good salary and benefits. The company provides a lot of personality-builder seminars.

Uncertainty after a project is completed. It's not totally a con as it is the same with other consulting companies. They mostly have presence in Bavaria region, so you can't move outside of the state.
