Pros
Excellent work environment, one can learn a lot, flexible office timing. One can get ample help from the seniors. No work on holidays no work from home
Cons
Number of employees are less so there is huge pressure upon a particular employee. The is no training for the new employees, employees are expected to work from the day one of their joining which is very problematic for some employees.
