Pros
None. The management of this company is reckless and delusional. They focus on self promotion as opposed to running a successful business. They seem to always be busy but never actually achieve anything. Culture doesn't exist, most employees are just there for the paycheck. Stay far away from this company, no matter how desparate you are for a job.
Cons
They have no clients of their own, as all of the work they have done to date has been through other Microsoft partners. Many clients don't even know that they are involved project wise as they are subcontracting to said partners. As a result, they have no references. They hold no Microsoft accrediations, refusing to follow the program and obtain the required certifications in order to take advantage of what is on offer to the channel to build a successful business. Their marketing division is practically non existent, the head of it left after realizing that she was on a sinking ship. They claim to have delivered over 700 projects but when you can't even provide one reference, this seems to be a lie. They also share in their corporate slides that they have worldwide offices, referring to these as resource centers. However, no one is associated to their company on LinkedIn in the UK for example, so who are these resources? Lots of smoke screens here, leading me to believe that a lot is just lies to try and give the impression that they are something that they are not.
